This role will be reporting directly to the HR Manager, you will be responsible to:

• Supporting full spectrum of HR activities; including but not limited to HR operations, On-boarding / Off-boarding, Talent Acquisition & Retention, Learning and Development, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Compensations and Benefits , administering of HR policy and procedures.
• Manage all work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations, and also provide support in areas of regulatory and MOM reporting
• Assist in payroll and overtime calculation preparation
• Handle all types of Leave, Time & Attendance administration.
• Serves as a point of contact for all employee relations matters and addresses any employee's inquiries, concerns, and disciplinary issues
• Other ad-hoc duties

• Possess a Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant experience
• Min. 2 years of solid of experience as a generalist
• Self-motivated, able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Excellent verbal, written, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong organisational skills, high level of initiative and able to work independently
• Proficient in Singapore Employment Act with TAFEP guidelines.

• Oversees HR functions of Recruitment & Selection
• Recruitment & Selection: Job posting, pre-employment, work passes administration, onboarding and contract preparation
• Take charge of foreign employees’ entry matters
• Prepares monthly reports: security bonds and forecast quota etc.
• Upkeeps Human Resource Information System, policies and procedures
• Provide HR advices in accordance to regulations from Ministry of Manpower, Building and Construction Authority (BCA) and other relevant government agencies
• Act as Safe Management Officer for general workplace setting
• Administrative works such as filing and keeping records of employees’ records
• Any other duties assigned
• Job scope may be expanded to other functions when hiring slows down

Human Resource Function:

• Manage all HR related matters and ensure that HR practices are compliant with MOM regulations, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding and offboarding.
• Ensure that employee records, staff insurance policies, leave records, and records with relevant government departments are up-to-date.
• Ensure course grants, NS make-up pay, government paid maternity leave, childcare leave and paternity leave are submitted.
• Review and submit employee-related surveys.
• Handle work pass matters for foreign employees.
• Ensure the administration and timely execution of payroll, CPF contributions and tax matters in a timely manner.
• Handle renewal of licences and legal-related matter correspondences.
• Provide support for all HR matters

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in any field, preferably with human resource background
• Strong command of spoken and written English
• Highly motivated and can work under pressure
