Responsibilities

• Assist in engineering system design, implementation, integration, testing and commissioning of ICT projects

• Responsible for ICT projects system installation and deployment, checkout, integration, testing and documentation to meet project milestones

• Coordinate with external and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project

• Manage vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery to project

• Sites coordination and supervision during project implementation according to design

• Report to Project Manager on project technical progress

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Computer Engineering, Electronics and Electrical Engineering or related discipline

• Working knowledge of computer hardware and software preferred (e.g. server, firewall or network equipment configuration)

• Knowledge in implementing CCTV system ICT projects has added advantage

• Knowledge in Windows/Linux hardening, security safety testing and system configuration

• Knowledge of virtualization software (VMWare, HyperV) will be added advantage

• Able to work independently and as a team

Responsibilities

• Design and Development: Design and develop robust data integration solutions using Talend Studio to meet business requirements.

• Talend Data Catalog Implementation: Implement and configure Talend Data Catalog to ensure effective metadata management and data governance across the organization.

• Data Integration: Develop ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to integrate data from various sources into target systems, ensuring data quality and integrity.

• Metadata Management: Manage metadata repositories, ensuring that metadata is captured, stored, and utilized effectively to enhance data lineage, data quality, and data governance processes.

• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, data scientists, and data engineers to understand data requirements and deliver comprehensive data solutions.

• Performance Optimization: Optimize Talend jobs for performance and scalability to ensure efficient processing of large volumes of data.

• Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation including design specifications, data mappings, and workflow diagrams.

• Quality Assurance: Perform unit testing and participate in system integration testing to ensure that developed solutions meet quality standards and functional requirements.

• Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve issues related to Talend jobs, data integration processes, and data catalog functionality.

• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data integration, data management, and data governance. Continuously look for opportunities to improve processes and enhance system capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Proven experience in designing and developing data integration solutions using Talend Studio.

• Hands-on experience with Talend Data Catalog or similar metadata management tools.

• Strong understanding of ETL concepts and techniques.

• Proficiency in SQL and database technologies (e.g., MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server).

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain resource allocation plans to support project schedules.

• Coordinate with project managers to identify resource requirements, constraints, understand staffing requirements for upcoming projects and assignments.

• Maintain a database of staff skills, qualifications, and availability to facilitate efficient deployment.

• Coordinate the assignment of staff to projects based on their skills, availability, and project requirements

• Conduct orientation and on-boarding of new joiners and integrate them into deployment plans.

• Manage off-boarding processes, exit interviews and clearance

• Ensure accuracy in the maintenance of manpower records in the systems.

• Administer and effectively implement the processes for disciplinary, grievance handling and termination/exit clearance, to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements

• Prepare monthly reports and to Management

• Verify and process invoices for all contract manpower

• Any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Business Studies or equivalent with 1-3 years HR Business Partners Experience

• Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus

• Familiarity with Excel and an interest in learning Data Visualization Tools such as Tableau

• Eagerness to engage with unstructured data to derive insights and contribute to solving business problems

• Willingness to develop presentation skills and effectively communicate with stakeholders

• Prepared to work in a progressive, fast-paced environment

• Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors
