Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

• Mondays to Fridays: 12:30am to 6:30am (No lunch break included).

The service required are set out as follows :

Running of errands

• Conveying messages to the parents and staff in the school.

Data entry

• Recording late coming of students.
• Recording loan of uniforms to students

Updating of daily staff absence data

• Record the daily student report sick data in the log books

Receiving and registering documents

• Receive and register documents in the front office

Sorting and storing of files

• Sort out and keep the daily files at the office counter
• Any ad hoc duties tasked by the school leaders

The personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

• Preferably GCE ‘O’ Level Certificate or equivalent
• Should have at least 3 years of experience as receptionist
• Having prior general administration experience working in a school environment would be an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
• Ability to use basic Internet sites i.e Gmail, WhatsApp Web, etc.
• English (Written & Spoken) and with one mother tongue language (e.g. Malay, Mandarin, Tamil)
