Option to Extend: For a further period of one year.

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

• Mondays to Fridays: 6:30am to 5:30pm (at least 4 hours per day), inclusive of 0.5hr lunch break
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
• Service not required during home based learning days and school holidays unless required by the school.

The service required are set out as follows :

• Ordering and preparation of ingredients and equipment for practical lessons in the food labs
• General cleaning and maintenance of the food labs.
• Checking , collating, ordering and receiving ingredients from suppliers.
• All other duties as required by the Authority.

The personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

• A PSLE Certification or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience as Food Lab Assistant in the Food Lab in school.
• Follow food and beverage safety and hygiene policies and procedures.
