Job Description:

1. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork, reference

check and coordinating orientation sessions

2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system

3. Assist with benefits administration

4. Handle employee inquiries and provide general HR support

5. Coordinate training and development programs

6. Assist in the off-boarding process for departing employees, including preparing paperwork,

coordinating exit interview, updating of HR system and records

7. Prepare HR-related reports and presentations as needed

8. Assist with researching and collation of information to support HR initiatives

9. Assist with performance management processes and documentation

10. Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities

Job Requirements: Min Degree in Human Resources or similar w min 3 yrs of relevant experience, preferably in financial sector

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparation of group consolidation including consolidation entries and reconciling of intercompany transaction and balances
