Job Responsibilities:

• Provide courteous and efficient service and if possible to comply with each and guests’ request.
• Ensure that all telephone calls are handled promptly within three rings.
• Be familiar with all room types and rates in the hotel and their availability status; up-sell whenever possible.
• Take ownership of problems, handle guest complaints promptly according to established procedures and then report to supervisor for further follow up when necessary.
• Glitch reports are to be written when necessary.
• Ensure guest room security emergency and fire procedures; encourage the use of Safe Deposit boxes and adhere to policies & procedures for their use.
• Be familiar with hotel facilities and functions as well as major city attractions and events; provide guests with accurate information as requested.
• Ensure a professional and courteous working relationship and maintain an effective flow of communication with all hotel personnel.

Trello Specialist (Senior)

· The Trello Analyst will be responsible for managing and analyzing project workflows using Trello.

· This role will involve leveraging data to optimize project efficiency, ensuring that teams are aligned and projects are progressing according to schedule.

· The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with Trello, helps Marketing Specialist organize and manage tasks effectively

Key Responsibilities:

· Trello Management: Administer and maintain Trello boards, ensuring they are organized and aligned with project goals. Create and manage card structures, labels, and lists relevant to different projects.

· Data Analysis: Analyze Trello usage data, project timelines, and team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Generate reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.

· Process Improvement: Collaborate with project teams to optimize workflows and processes within Trello. Provide recommendations for best practices and efficient use of Trello features.

· Training & Support: Conduct training sessions for team members on how to effectively use Trello for project management. Act as a point of contact for Trello-related inquiries and support.

· Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, teams, and other stakeholders to ensure that Trello is being used effectively across all projects. Facilitate communication and coordination among team members.

· Project Tracking: Monitor ongoing projects in Trello, ensuring deadlines are met, and tasks are completed. Identify project risks and escalate issues as needed.

Qualifications:

• 8 years of experience with Trello and integrate with tools like Google Drive, Slack to streamline your workflow and keep all your resources connected.
• Good experience with sql and BI tools (Tableau, qlik, etc).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
• organize campaigns and manage tasks efficiently. By leveraging Trello’s features, you can enhance team collaboration, streamline processes, and ensure that projects stay on track.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles is a plus.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools and software.
• Knowledge of automation tools or integrations that enhance Trello’s functionality, such as Zapier.

• Organise and conduct regular credit & AR review meetings with BUs / sales departments to close out all delinquent accounts.
• Follow up and communicate with customers.
• Review and process new customer account applications.
• Maintain and update particulars and credit limits of customer accounts in SAP.
• Monitor daily sales transactions for credit holds in SAP and communicate with sales department to address overdue issues.
• Disseminate or circulate invoices, statements of accounts, reminder and confirmation letters.
• Perform customer account reconciliations and confirmations.
• Prepare regular collections and AR status reports for management and for HQ.
• Liaise with insurer and apply for trade credit insurance for customer accounts with credit terms.
• Liaise with banks in respect of bank guarantees including but not limited to letters of credit.
• Check supporting documents to carry out billings to customers.
• Other adhoc duties assigned by Senior Financial Controller/ Assistant Manager.

Job Descriptions:

• To perform opening and closing routines
• To conduct regular checks to ensure building facilities and equipment are maintained to be safe and operating effectively and efficiently
• To carry out maintenance, troubleshooting, minor repairs and other necessary installation works
• To attend to tenants’ request for maintenance related matters
• To monitor term contractors in their routine servicing
• To provide operational support for promotional events eg. stage and sound system, crowd control etc

Location:

Working Hours:

• 6-days work week schedule on rotating shift (including PH, Weekend)
• Working hours are subjected to changes based on operational needs

City Hall - Shift Hours

• Office Hours Shift - 8.30am to 5.45pm (1 saturday a month, 8.30am to 12.30am)
• Night Shift - 10.45pm to 8.45am

Bedok, Choa Chu Kang, Tampines - Shift Hours:

• 1st shift - 8am to 4pm
• 2nd shift - 2.30pm to 10.30pm

Salary:

• Up to $3,300 (depending on experience)

Job Requirements:

• NTC 2/3 or Nitec/Higher Nitec in Mechanical/Electrical/Building
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in maintenance of M&E systems and building facilities
• Willing to work on weekends, on shifts and beyond standard operating hours
• Able to speak and write
• Familiar with computer skills in MS Word and Excel
• Be able to work under minimum supervision with strong sense of responsibility, urgency and teamwork
