• Support multiple application systems.

• Generate reports and write documentation, e.g. maintenance guide, operation manuals

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Information Technology
• Min 3 years of experience with enterprise scale Linux and Windows administration
• Familiar with MySQL, Oracle, and other database servers
• Hands-On experience of .Net framework and Web Services
• Scripting: Windows PowerShell, Unix Scripting will be added advantage
• Able to work well within team and willing to learn
• Good grasp of emerging technology trends
• Start-up focussed with an upbeat and enthusiastic attitude
• Willing to be on standby after office hours for applications support.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage day to day operations of assigned propertiesincluding service contracts, supervision of addition and alteration works and implementation of any maintenance, capital works and special projects.
• Implement Inspection Program and Scheduled Maintenance Program in the properties including lifts and other fixed assets.
• Liaise with IFMs (where appropriate) to ensure that properties are maintained efficiently.
• Implement initiatives that reduces short and long termoperating costs.
• Monitor the performance of service providers on annual basis.
• Project manage storage fit-out work on ad-hoc basis.
• Assist the implementation of marketing and leasing strategies to improve the occupancy rate of the properties.
• Comply with all statutory rules and regulations and property guidelines of the Company.
• Maintain good relationship with clients and tenant.
• Assist in relevant ESG initiative, application process, submission and obtaining relevant green certificate for the Company owned properties.
• May have to travel occasionally in the region to inspect, suggest improvement plan, supervise ad-hoc project, monitor regular property maintenance work.
• Any other work scope relating to the management of properties from time to time.

Requirememts

• Diploma / Degree in Property Management / Building Maintenance / Facility Management with relevant experiences
• Possess strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
• Responsible, resourceful and independent
