Human Resource Specialist
Recruitment:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements.
- Support recruitment activities including both internal and external advertisements.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and shortlisting.
- Coordinate and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Recommend competitive salary proposals.
- Plan and drive ad-hoc HR events such as career fairs and recruitment talks.
Staff Welfare and Benefits:
- Assist in planning, implementing, and administering staff welfare and benefits programs.
- Organize HR initiatives and staff welfare activities.
- Review and manage HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws.
Diversity, Equality & Inclusion (DE&I):
- Work with Regional HR to implement DE&I initiatives and activities.
Job Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Business or Human Resources with at least 1 ~ 2 year of HR experience. Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome.
- Strong project management skills, along with creativity and innovative thinking.
- Excellent communication skills, confident in interacting with all levels of personnel, from entry-level to top management.
- Proficient in computer applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and automation tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A self-starter and a good team player capable of working independently.
- Adaptable, flexible, and comfortable working in a Japanese company with a multicultural environment.
