Responsibilities:
Learning & Development Administration
- Maintenance of the learning management system; from maintaining the learning catalogue; assigning access to learning platforms; to creating and assigning learning items to staff. Includes managing enrolment and learning history, assigning pre & post learning assignments and surveys.
- Daily monitoring and follow-up of Training Requests from approvals to registering those participants for their respective courses/workshops/seminars to process payment, claims/reimbursements.
- Maintenance and collation of learning and development-related data in specified HR /system repositories, for upload and synchronisation with the learning management systems for quarterly reporting purposes to Senior Mgmt/HODs around learning hours, types of courses (local/overseas or internal/external); spend etc.
- Liaison with training providers around course registrations, confirmation and/or postponements/withdrawals/cancellations.
- Liaison with Government agencies around administration of claims and govt subsidies (as appropriate).
- Building and managing a good collaborative working relationships with training providers or line or business partners/respective HRBPs for the different divisions or agencies.
Manage event logistics for in-house training programmes
- Arrange for (including procurement of) venue and catering for in-house training programmes where required.
- Liaise between trainers/facilitators, venue and catering providers on logistics requirement and set up.
- Liaise with Finance to process payments, claims etc
Support planning, reporting & communication of learning activities
- Monitor budget utilisation.
- Conduct analysis and preparing quarterly reports to management
- Update learning catalogue and calendar, prepare EDMs to encourage the attendance of learning programmes.
- Support communication of learning-related policies for the organisation. May include submission for a newsletter or any other communication platform to keep HQ staff informed of HR policies and developments within company.
