About the Job

The company is expanding and is looking for a HR executive who will be reporting directly to the Transformation Lead manager.

You will partner and support the managers to handle, in a proactive and consultative approach, a full spectrum of HR functions which includes talent acquisition, skills and training development.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Administration of payroll and benefits
• Ensure accuracy and timely processing of payroll matters
• Handle tax clearance & Annual IRAS Preparation
• HR System Updates, including maintaining and updating of staff personnel files.
• NS / CPF / Child care leave processing
• Handles govt survey
• Track and process work pass application & renewal, confirmation review & contract employment
• Process and handle offboarding cases including offboarding admin and exit interview
• Coordinate & arrange for work pass medical examination, processing and collection of work passes
• Handle employee disciplinary/conduct issues, grievances, and other employee disputes
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years' experience in a HR related role.
• Ability to handle confidential information is a must.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to relate well with people at all levels and good service orientation.
• Comfortable with IT.
• Good command of written and spoken English language.
• Resourceful and self-driven with high degree of professional integrity.
• Good knowledge and experience in talent attraction and acquisition, development and retention
• Strong people management skills.

Job descriptions:

• Check technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly supervising contracted staff
• Ensuring project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets and/or timescales
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff, especially quantity surveyors and the overall project manager
• Providing technical advice and solving problems on site
• Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork
• Liaising with quantity surveyors about the ordering and the pricing of materials
• Ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to.

Requirements:

• At least graduated in Diploma of related engineering, 3 years and above related experiences
• Commercial awareness – an understanding of how your actions can affect profitability of a project

Responsibilities

• Handle operational HR matters.
• Work with the line managers on their recruitment needs and ensure that the recruitment is in accordance with the manpower plan
• Required to update and accurate maintenance of digital and electronic internal employee records.
• Supporting work pass application processes for foreign workers with liaising with government parties.
• Deliver HR services in an effective and efficient manner; identify and resolve HR issues if required.
• Provide support in the implementation of HR strategy and execution of any supporting programs.
• Supporting new hire onboarding and exiting process for internal employees.
• Ability to perform payroll tasks related to the input and reconciliation of timekeeping data, new hires, terminations, salary changes, compensation, and benefits payouts, in accordance with established operating procedures and deadlines.
• Conducting performance and wage reviews.

Requirements :

• Min Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Min 2 years of experience in office management and HR Operations experience.
• Knowledge of HR processes, employment laws, and regulations is a bonus.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office/365, including word, excel, power point and Outlook a must.
• Excellent oral & written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Ensuring promptness, freshness, and quality of dishes.
• Coordinating cooks' tasks.
• Implementing hygiene policies and examining equipment for cleanliness.
• Designing new recipes, planning menus, and selecting plate presentations.
• Ensure that the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets our quality standards.
• Plan and direct food preparation when necessary.
• Resourcefully solve any issues that arise and seize control of any problematic situation.
• Manage and train kitchen staff, establish working schedule and assess staff’s performance.
• Order supplies to stock inventory appropriately.

Requirements

• Possess experience in chef.
• Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.
• Excellent record of kitchen and staff management.
• Accuracy and speed in handling emergency situations and providing solutions.
