The Human Resource and Organisation Development Manager manages Human Resources operations and Organisation Development matters as well as handles skilled-based volunteer resources.
Job Specifications:
1. Human Resources Related Duties
â—Ź Manage full suite of HR matters including payroll
â—Ź Review and implement HR policies, procedures and internal controls to ensure compliance
â—Ź Conduct learning needs analysis and identify training programmes for all staff
â—Ź Design and conduct orientation and induction programme and HR workshops
â—Ź Secretariat for HR Committee
2. Organisation Development Duties
â—Ź Diagnose organisational developmental needs and introduce suitable interventions
â—Ź Drive organisational alignment on vision, values and culture (including desired management and people practices)
â—Ź Design and facilitate regular intervention workshops for all levels of staff
â—Ź Plan, facilitate, develop and implement change management strategies to support leadership direction
3. Nomination Committee Support
â—Ź Provide administrative support to recruit and appoint of skill-based volunteers
Requirements:
1) Degree preferred
2) Minimum 7 years’ of proven working experience in HR / OD
3) Experience in designing and conducting HR / OD intervention workshops
4) Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, patience, good communications skills
5) Candidates with the following will be an added advantage:

â—Ź Basic knowledge of Singapore Sign Language
