The Human Resource Executive will assist the HR Manager in executing HR functions related to the recruitment, engagement, performance, development, and retention of talent within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Ā· Support the HR Manager with administrative tasks throughout the employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, transfers, and terminations.
Ā· Assist in overseeing the talent management framework and performance appraisal processes.
Ā· Collaborate with the HR Manager to develop and implement HR policies and guidelines.
Ā· Help prepare monthly payroll, including the processing of statutory claims and filing of income tax.
Ā· Administer and oversee leave matters and insurance claims.
Ā· Facilitate reporting procedures related to employee discipline and grievances.
Ā· Maintain and update employee movement records and databases.
Ā· Prepare and deliver timely HR data and reports as needed.
Ā· Manage employeesā expense claims.
Ā· Oversee office administration tasks, including seasonal parking, stationery, and pantry supplies.
Ā· Perform additional HR and office administration duties as assigned.
Ā· Familiarity with payroll software, specifically QuickHR, is preferred.
