Responsibilities:
ā¢ Support full and day-to-day administration in the Human Resource department
ā¢ Handle recruitment activities in South East Asia including preparing advertisements, liaise with local vendors,
coordinating interviews, screening suitable candidate for employment, and background checks
ā¢ Cooperate with HR outsourcing partnerships regionally with HR shared services
ā¢ Conduct orientation for general staff and onboarding & exit formalities
ā¢ Coordinate the employee training including NEO and maintain training record
ā¢ Assist to do research and data gathering for case resolution where required
ā¢ Liaise with cross-functional team with the consolidated details to facilitate payroll processing
ā¢ Carry out HR activities in accordance with internal SOPs and statutory compliance
ā¢ Participate in HR cycle activities as in performance management, training needs analysis and compensation
planning and implementation where appropriate
ā¢ Co-ordinate to plan and organize employee social and recreational events
ā¢ Keep a proper and systematic record of documentations and staff data by assembling, and preparing.
ā¢ Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
ā¢ Diploma/Degree in HRM or Business Administration or equivalent
ā¢ 2 ā 3 years of relevant working experience
ā¢ Excellent command in verbal & written English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates
ā¢ Proficient in Microsoft Office
ā¢ Good communication and interpersonal skill
ā¢ Team player, self-driven, result-oriented and organized
ā¢ Candidate who has regional HR operation exposure and is able to commit within a short notice will be
preferred
