This role will be reporting directly to the HR Manager, you will be responsible to:
- Supporting full spectrum of HR activities; including but not limited to HR operations, On-boarding / Off-boarding, Talent Acquisition & Retention, Learning and Development, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Compensations and Benefits , administering of HR policy and procedures.
- Manage all work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations, and also provide support in areas of regulatory and MOM reporting
- Assist in payroll and overtime calculation preparation
- Handle all types of Leave, Time & Attendance administration.
- Serves as a point of contact for all employee relations matters and addresses any employee's inquiries, concerns, and disciplinary issues
- Other ad-hoc duties
skills and experience required
- Possess a Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant experience
- Min. 2 years of solid of experience as a generalist
- Self-motivated, able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Excellent verbal, written, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organisational skills, high level of initiative and able to work independently
- Proficient in Singapore Employment Act with TAFEP guidelines.
