Duties & Responsibilities

• Carry out general cleaning (Sweep, Mop, Vacuum, Dusting, Washing of toilets)
• Plan, manage and supervise a team of cleaners to carry out their work in accordance with the company’s procedures and practices.
• Work closely with the project manager to plan and manage inventory records.
• To develop a training framework and conduct training for all cleaners.
• Inspection of work carried out by cleaners to ensure a high standard of work is undertaken and maintained.

Requirements

• At least 2 year of relevant working experience in the related field
• Candidate must possess supervisory experience in managing a group of cleaners
• General Education or WSQ Certificate in Environmental Cleaning
• Able to understand basic instructions in English and communicate to customers
• Physically fit to carry out cleaning duties such as dusting, wiping, sweeping, mopping, handling and disposing waste
• Manpower management, complaints handling, Microsoft office.

• Assisting with the loading and offloading of materials.
• Adjusting travel routes to avoid traffic congestion or road construction.
• Promptly informing the company of any tickets issued against the company vehicle during work hours.
• Ensuring that the company vehicle is always parked in areas that permit parking in order to avoid towing.
• Keeping the company vehicle clean and properly maintained by performing regular washing, cleaning and vehicle maintenance.
• Providing accurate time records of the company vehicle’s coming and goings.
• Reporting any accidents,injuries, and vehicle damage to management.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s Class 3 license.
• Clean driving record.
• The ability to utilize maps,GPS systems, and car manuals.
• Punctual and reliable.
• Prior experience as a delivery driver will be advantageous
• Familiar with Singapore roads, rules, and regulations

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for carrying out routine maintenance and service functions in the workshop.
• Conduct diagnostic checks, troubleshooting, automotive transmission and engine overhaul.
• Maintains vehicle functional condition by conducting inspections; repairing engine failures; repairing mechanical and electrical systems malfunctions; replacing parts and components.
• Assist management to supervise and lead the team.
• With driving license.

Requirements:

• Must have hands-on experience in the automotive industry.
• Minimum 15 years of working experience as workshop mechanic.
• Proactive and able to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for payroll administration covering the full spectrum of payroll for staff
• Manage all statutory submissions, payments and processing of government claims e.g. annual tax filings, IR21, IR8A, NS Reservist claims, CDCA claims etc
• Administer and process workmen compensation claims with insurance broker
• Administer E-leave and E-attendance system
• Provide payroll related information for internal and external audits
• Administer the benefits and compensation scheme which include various incentive schemes, annual increment exercise, progressive bonus and staff welfare
• Prepare costing and salary vs sales report
• Ensure compliance to statutory requirements, government legislation and group policies and standards
• Manage end-to-end employee experience from Onboarding of new hires to Offboarding and exit interviews
• Administer work pass application, renewal, cancellation, exemption and etc.
• Plan and organize employee engagement activities like team bonding, educational and well-being talks, etc. to build a positive and growth-oriented company culture.
• Assist in day-to-day employee related issues
• Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by superior

Requirements:

• Minimum a GCE O level
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR role
• Good knowledge in MOM legislation
• Experience in TimesPay software, E-leave and E-attendance System will be an added advantage
• Able to meet tight deadline especially during payroll processing period
• Able to work independently and as a team
