HR Responsibilities:
- Monthly payroll via Timesoft software
- Handling recruitment
- Liaise with management on hiring needs and staff relations
- Keying of staff weekly schedule
- Process ad-hoc government claims and grants.
- Update and maintains proper filing of HR documents.
- Maintain inventory on uniforms
- Handle any other ad-hoc admin duties as and when required.
Requirements:
- 5 days week (Mon to Fri / 9am to 6pm)
- Bilingual in both English and Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese speaking managers)
- Proficient in MS Office
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent to 2 years related experience
- Well-versed in Singapore Employment Act
- Min/preferred years of working experience: 2 years
- Independent and able to multi-task
- Knowledge in TimeSoft Software will consider first
