5.Ad-hoc Projects and HR Support

· Be involved in any other HR projects that may require their involvement from design to implementation stage.

· Provide additional support to the wider HR function and assist with ad hoc projects and processes

What you need to have:

· Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Strong interest in HR and a desire to learn and develop Talent Acquisition skills as well as other HR skills – interviewing skills for junior hires, candidate and stakeholder management skills, HR processes and projects

· Meticulous with a keen eye for detail and is process-oriented

· Demonstrates flexibility and good organizational skills to effectively handle mid-high volume of administrative tasks and processes

· Excellent communication and analytical skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

· Able to get onboard at the soonest. Available full-time or part-time for a minimum of 3 to 6 months, starting from Dec 2024.

Job Description

After-sales function - Optimize Quality and Timing on Repairing

• Ensure repair standards meet HQ KPIs for both quality and timing.
• Conduct physical inspections for both incoming and outgoing client and stock repairs.
• Streamline the repair operation flow by reviewing each step and sharing findings and improvement suggestions with your superior.
• Regularly follow up on all pending repairs and coordinate with your superior for alternative solutions.
• Provide product quality and repair system feedback to your superior for proper follow-up with HQ.
• Maintain vigilance in detecting counterfeit products.
• Act as the main contact for the local repair workshop, ensuring repair standards and lead times are met.

Spare part management

• Responsible for placing spare part orders on a bi-weekly basis.
• Distribute correct spare parts matched with repairs to the local repair workshop.
• Provide qualitative feedback to the superior and monitor safety stock levels.
• Label spare parts and maintain storage in a neat and tidy manner.

Stock Take & Cycle Count Accuracy

• Manage the after sales location as the person in charge of stock take and cycle counts.
• Ensure stock movement is well-managed and stock accuracy is maintained.
