• At least 5-10 years of experience with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role overseeing both HR & administrative functions. (Construction industry is a plus)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in English & Mandarin is a must so as to communicate with Head Office in Taiwan and other subsidiaries in China
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR regulations
• Working location in the East side

Responsibilities :-

- Accountable for budget and policy recommendations

- Liaise with functional or operational area managers to develop and implement local HR strategies

- Establish and maintain the human resource planning, control and reporting activities

- Lead, direct, evaluate and develop a team of human resource professionals

- Oversee all office administrative functions

-Collaborate with HR, Legal, and other teams to ensure smooth operations
