Responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics CRM functionality, including sales, marketing, service, and custom modules.
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into detailed test cases for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 applications.
• Create, review, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, and test cases based on functional and non-functional requirements
• Execute test cases manually, including functional, integration, and regression testing for Microsoft Dynamics CRM modules.
• Identify, document, and track defects/issues found during testing in defect management tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.
• Work in close coordination with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand the functionality of CRM modules and ensure proper testing coverage.
• Familiarity with SQL and the ability to query databases to validate data within CRM systems.
Requirements
• Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent
• 4-6 years of experience in manual testing, with at least 2-3 years focused on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics CRM functionality, including sales, marketing, service, and custom modules.
• Familiarity with SQL and the ability to query databases to validate data within CRM systems.
• Understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and testing methodologies (Waterfall, Agile).
• Experience with end-to-end testing of complex business applications and integrations
• Able to conduct Test Readiness Review (TRR) to ensure readiness of the test phase.
• Experience in API testing using postman.
• Basic knowledge of automated testing tools and scripting is an advantage.
• Experience in testing integrations with other Microsoft technologies (e.g., Power Platform).
• Experience in UAT coordination and user training.
