Job Responsibilities:

To provide excellent guest service and ensure a safe environment for guests. Collaborate closely with the Residence Manager to create memorable guest experiences.

• Provide courteous and efficient service in the breakfast lounge.
• Prepare and present breakfast as per standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lounge area in accordance with food safety and hygiene standards
• Manage food inventory and supplies, including ordering and restocking as needed.
• Respond to guests’ complaints, requests, and inquiries efficiently and tactfully.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable guest experience.
• Be familiar with Serviced Residence facilities and functions, and assist with property event or activities when needed.
• Maintain a well-groomed appearance and a tidy work area, upholding the highest standard of personal grooming.
• Cook and/or prepare simple food items for breakfast.
• Perform light housekeeping duties such as dishwashing, and sweeping and mopping the breakfast lounge.
• Undertake any other duties assigned by superiors diligently and professionally.

Data Application Specialist

Responsibilities:

• You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand their strategic objectives and identify opportunities to leverage data and data quality.
• You will design, develop and operate modern data architecture approaches to meet key business objectives and provide end-to-end data solutions.
• You will be responsible to create, design and develop intricate data processing pipelines.
• You write clean and iterative code for continuous delivery practices to deploy, support and operate data pipelines.
• Design and implement solutions around data warehouse implementation ranging from architecture, ETL processes, multidimensional modelling, data marts implementation.
• Design and optimize data acquisition, data ingestion, data processing using ETL (Extract, Load, Transform) tool and developing dashboards or other visualizations using Google Cloud Platform or other solutions.
• You will develop data models by selecting from a variety of modelling techniques and implementing the chosen data model using the appropriate technology stacks.

Requirements:

• From 2 to 4 years of experience working as a data engineer or related role.
• Hands-on experience in AWS Glue, AWS RedShift, Tableau, QlikSense
• Proficiency in handling programming languages projects such as Python, Java or Scala.
• Track record in implementing systems using Hive, Scala will be preferred.
• Strong in data modelling, data processing frameworks’ tools such as Hadoop, Spark, SQL is an advantage.
• Good understanding of analytics and data warehouse implementations
• Experience with Cloud Technologies is a plus.
• Good understanding and completion of projects using Agile methodology.
• Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, ability to understand the business requirement, communicate confidently with stakeholders.
• Experience with industry standards within Data Management like ETIM, eCl@ss, BMEcat and other systems like ERP, PLM (product life-cycle management) and ecommerce platforms.
• Previous PIM system experience is a must
• Ability to speak and write in Chinese as the incumbent requires to liaise with the China HQ counterparts/personnel for work or project related matters
