Position Summary:
In this critical role, you will lead and optimize HR operations, enhance employee engagement, and drive strategic initiatives that align with our fast-evolving business goals. You will play a pivotal role in managing recruitment, compliance, and overall HR excellence, making a tangible impact in a dynamic and cutting-edge environment. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced settings and is passionate about shaping organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Operations Management: Responsible and ensure full-spectrum HR processes, including payroll, employee record maintenance, and adherence to company policies and regulations.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead the recruitment lifecycle, from job postings and candidate communication to onboarding and offboarding, working collaboratively with the Operations Team and Headhunters.
- Payroll & Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files (P-files), payroll records, leave management, NS claims, and CPF contributions
- Policy & Compliance Management: Lead HR projects and ensure the organization remains compliant with labor laws and internal policies, adapting processes as needed to meet regulatory changes.
- Employee Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement (Remote & On-site), foster professional growth, and cultivate a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Business Support & Performance Review Provide strategic HR support to business leaders, facilitate performance review cycles, and collaborate closely with the Operations Team to organize development programs aimed at nurturing talent and driving continuous improvement.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in HR management, preferably in fast-paced or startup environments.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, applicant tracking systems, and communication platforms (e.g., Slack).
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin in order to liaise with employees who can't speak English; additional language proficiency is an advantage.
