Job Responsibilities:

• Preparations of Bills of Quantities

• Assist in the preparation of tender bid

• Cost planning/control

• Administer to the procurement of materials, tools and equipments as requisited by the project site

• Monitor and to ensure compliance with the ISO standards, building regulations and other relevant legislation

Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications in QS/Building/Construction/Engineering or its equivalen

• Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience working in Construction sectors

• Must be proficient in English and Chinese

• Good in Autocad & MS Office & MS Project at least to Intermediate level

• Willing to work extended hours

• Preferably able to commence immediately

Responsibilities:

1To lead a team of workers and ensures supervision, discipline, and training

2. To conducts on the job training, to provide guidance and coach workers to increase competency level

3. To review work flow and to provide feedback on how to improve it on a regular basis.

4. To communicate with clients to fulfil their needs

5. To identity equipment faults and report to client & management

6. Be the first contact to settle complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirement:

1. Able to work night-shift, split-shifts.

2. Able to work OT when required.

3. At least 1 year's experience in a similar role in cleaning sector

4. Diploma/Degree holder preferred.

Responsibilities:

1. Hiring and training new employees in polishing, waxing, coating, etc.

2. Developing training materials and conducting training sessions and workshops.

3. Monitoring both individual and team job performance metrics.

4. Providing staff with technical guidance and assistance.

5. Arranging work schedules to staff.

6. Relaying productivity concerns to the Manager.

7. Liaising between the Manager and junior employees.

Requirements:

1. At least 2 years' experience in polishing, waxing and coating.

2. At least 2 years' experience in a similar Supervisor role.

3. Have driving license would be an advantage.

4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
