Your Role

We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to analyze market, industry trend and the competition to identify new sales opportunities.

What Will You Do

• To be responsible for sales for Aviation Lubricants and Chemicals.
• To oversee business development of organization within Asia Pacific Region.
• To forecast and develop sales strategies plans to meet business objectives in terms of revenue and margin.
• To analyze market, industry trend and the competition to identify new sales opportunities for current and future business needs of customers.
• To provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction to develop long term relationships with key/current/prospective customers.
• To prepare weekly & monthly sales reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders.
• To deliver sales presentation to customers.
• To perform pricing analysis and manage stock inventories.
• To lead, train and manage sales team performance to achieve annual sales targets.
• To manage internal and external audit and certification.
• Require travelling overseas – business trip.
• To perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.

What Do We Want

• At least a Diploma in Sales and Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of corporate sales experience, preferably in Aviation industry.
• Possess own transport and Class 3 driving license.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Description – Finance Manager

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will

· Responsible for the finance function and financial books of the subsidiaries assigned

· Provide effective management, supervision and approvals, ensuring financial and tax accounting, financial services, closing and reporting activities are performed in an accurate, timely, and compliant manner.

· Prepare and present periodic financial statements, budgets and financial reports to the management team and key stakeholders

· Review of the related companies accounts, reporting, intercompany transactions and payments

· Manage working capital, funding and treasury matters to ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs

· Conduct regular financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and business planning, and provide recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency.

· Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations and strengthen internal controls.

· Responsible for the preparation of tax returns and compliance with tax regulations.

· Oversee the annual external audit cycle of the Group and ensure that all statutory requirements are timely met

· Be the liaison with auditors, tax agents, bankers and corporate secretarial agent

· Manage the payroll and incentive functions of the company, including computing or checking of internal and contract staff payroll and incentives, all CPF and IR8A related matters and submissions;

· Ad-hoc duties/projects as assigned from time to time

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy with Professional Accreditation (CA/CPA)
• Min 8 years of experience, with a good mix of commercial accounting, audit experience from CPA firms and at least 2 years in a manager role
• Good technical knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, transfer pricing and statutory requirements
• Experienced and with a track record of successful process transformation implementation.
• Experienced in ERP YonYou advantageous
• Independent, adaptable and able to work in a dynamic environment
• Mandarin proficiency is necessary for effective communication with counterparts in regions such as China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Assist project manager on project planning, schedule and executing the delivery of projects within time, budget and Client’s expectations;
• Monitoring progress and identifying critical activities to expedite smooth progress of works on site to meet targets;
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors, such as Consultants and Sub-Contractors/Suppliers for the flawless execution of the project;
• Ensure project to be delivered on time, within scope and budget;
• Ensure project to be executed in accordance with approved plans/drawings, contract specifications and regulations;
• Develop detailed planning to monitor and tract progress;
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation;
• Responsible for all construction site matters including and not limited safety and other compliance maters;
• Any other duties that may be assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree/Master in Civil Engineering or Project Management or relevant field;
• Proven at least 8 years of working experience in project management ;
• Steel Structure and metal works experience is a plus;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Excellent team player with ability to meet deadlines.
