Basic salary: $4000~$6000 (more experience, can go higher)
1. Control and direct the food preparation process
2. Review and beautify dishes before they are served to customers
3. Manage and work closely with chefs at all levels
4. Innovate menu items, develop dishes and recipes, and ensure the diversity and quality of dishes
5. Be fully responsible for ensuring that the kitchen complies with all regulations, including hygiene and food safety guidelines
Working hour: (Monday to Friday) 11:30am-10:30pm
(Saturday)5pm-11pm
Rest hour: 2:30pm-5:30pm (3 hours)
