- Prior experience in user facing roles for AML Systems (Transaction Monitoring, MAS626, Name Screening, CDD, Actimize, Detica, Net Reveal, Firco Soft etc.)

Key responsibilities:

Senior Functional Business Analyst to join the AML Uplift program to support QR Management, BAU activities and various new initiatives within the client bank which undergoing a large transformation change.

1. Accountable for overall project business requirements elicitation

2. Driving business discussions and managing the project scope

3. Senior stakeholder management and leadership updates

4. Support the project delivery phases especially during Analysis and design and test phases.

Key skills required:

• Should have good communication skills and capability to drive senior stakeholders with minimal supervision.
• Should have experience in AML, KYC, compliance domain and data analytics.
• Experience in AI/ML and workflow applications is good to have

Job Scope:

1. Operate excavator in a safe and proper manner

2. Perform routine cleaning, safety checks of excavator

4. Receive and process incoming wood waste material (shredding, store)

5. Take on any adhoc and other tasks as when required.

Job Requirements:

1. Possess a valid hydraulic excavator Licence;

2. At least 1-2 years of relevant experience;

3. Must know how to drive and operate excavator safely;

4. Good driving records;

5. Simple verbal and written communication skills;

7. Knowledge in maintaining and servicing excavator;

8. Must willing to work outdoor and in dusty environment;

9. Must be willing to do overtime as and when required;

10. Undertake any adhoc duties that may be assigned; and

11. Must be a team player and help out among team and department.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Drive carefully and safely at all times;

2. Monitor and notify maintenance period, report damages to superior and send for servicing or repair;

3. Strictly follow shop floor safety practices and good house-keeping;

4. Report any unusual or abnormal excavator operations;

5. Able to follow instructions from Supervisor on wood shredding;

6. Perform daily checking and cleaning of the excavator;

7. Take good care of company excavator and property;

8. Ensure own licences are valid throughout employment.

• Must have a basic diploma with 5 years of experience.
• Must have knowledge in ms office and other basic computer skills.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Need to prepare the invoice nd project proposals for the new projects.
• Will be liasing wth the clients and coordinate with the authorities for the necessary paper work.
• Will ne scheduling the daily work process and will be incharge for the deployment of the team.
• Assist project manager to liaise with main con site personnel to solve problem on site for ongoing projects.
• Attend site meeting on behalf of the project manager when necessary
• Lead a team of installers on site to ensure the timely handover and the safety protocols
• Conduct training on the fabrication and installation works for the new workers
• Attend site survey for the new projects
