• Responsible for developing learning and development plans, based on the assessment of development areas for the workforce to meet business requirements.
• Responsible for the procurement of training programmes and documenting learning needs, maintaining Warees’ learning systems and provides administrative support in conducting learning programmes.

• Creates new hire information packs, develops content and delivers orientation sessions for new hires.

Performance Reviews and Benefits Administration

• Read blueprints and drawings and take or read measurements to plan layout and procedures
• Determine the appropriate welding equipment or method based on requirements
• Set up components for welding according to specifications (e.g. cut material with powered saws to match measurements)
• Operate angle grinders to prepare the parts that must be welded
• Align components using calipers, rulers etc. and clamp pieces
• Weld components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment in various positions (vertical, horizontal or overhead)
• Repair machinery and other components by welding pieces and filling gaps
• Test and inspect welded surfaces and structure to discover flaws
• Maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety
• 1) Assembles, plants, and detonates charges of industrial explosives to loosen earth, rock, stumps, or to demolish structures to facilitate removal: Examines mass, composition, structure, and location of object to be blasted, estimates amount and determines kind of explosive to be used, and marks location of charge holes for drilling.
• 2) Assembles primer and places primer with main charge in hole or near object to be blasted.
• 3) Covers charge with mud, sand, clay, or other material and tamps firm to improve detonation and confine force of blast.
• 4) Signals to clear area of personnel and equipment.
• 5) Lights fuse or connects wires from charge to battery or detonator to detonate charge.
• 6) May operate jackhammer, hand drill, or electric drill to bore holes for charges.

Job Description

• To report to the System Lead/Team Lead/Service Managers in meeting SLA and KPIs in accordance to the maintenance contractual agreement.
• Assist Team/System Lead in managing Project cost and overall administration for project delivery
• Responsible for Contract Fulfillment
• Able to operate and thrive in a dynamic work environment where you are required to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
• To perform routine Preventive Maintenance in accordance with the maintenance instructions/procedures.
• To carry out Corrective Maintenance in accordance with the maintenance instructions/procedures, involving diagnosis & replacement of equipment/module/component at sites and/or workshop.
• Liaison with Procurement and equipment vendors
• 24/7 standby for fault activation
• Arrange and conduct monthly meetings with customers.
• Provide engineering services such as engineering reports, supply support, configuration control and management and obsolescence management as well as O & A services.
• Liaise and manage sub-contracting jobs
• Office location at Jalan Boon Lay.
• Candidates will be required to travel to multiple sites which may include Changi Airport, Airbases and Army Camps.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum of Diploma in Electronics/Mechatronics/Computer Engineering or equivalent (candidates with lesser academic qualifications/experience may be considered for other positions)
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar engineering-related capacity (candidates with lesser or no experience may be considered for other positions)
• Positive work ethic and team player
• Takes ownership of responsibilities
• Thrive in multi-disciplinary and cross-functional environments
• Able to work effectively in an outdoor environment
• Inquisitive and a self-starter in Data Analytics (e.g. failure trending/patterns). Experience in BI Tools such as Tableau, and Power BI will be an added advantage.
• Experience in System-Level Maintenance in the following disciplines is highly preferred (Radio Communications, basic Networking skills, UPS). Other Engineering-related experience may be considered. Experience and/or certifications in either CCNA will be an added advantage.
• WSH Certifications (i.e. Work-at-Height, etc) will be an added advantage.
• Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint & Excel)
• Possess Class 3 Driving License
• Singaporeans only.

This Person Is Required To Possess

• Relevant teaching certifications such as PGDE would be advantageous

• Experience of teaching Singapore Academic Subjects at Primary, Secondary or Advanced Level would be an advantage.
