• Preparation of various lease documentation (such as Tenancy, Extension of Tenancy and License Agreements), tracking of lease status and timely maintenance of tenancy records
• Liaise with lawyers on tenancy documents, pre-termination and/or novation of leases and compliance matters (e.g. stamping of tenancy documents)
• Liaise and co-ordinate with Leasing team in Centre Management Office as well as other department to ensure timely execution and return of tenancy documents by tenants.
• Assist in any ad-hoc other duties assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in Estate Management, Building or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet timelines
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word / Excel)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills and strong in numbers
• Sound understanding of the real estate industry
• Relevant experience in REFX module of SAP will be an advantage

Client Engagement & Development

• To meaningfully engage, teach, train, supervise, maintain and develop the functioning level of clients to function adequately and independently in the following areas:

• Home Living Skills

• Work Readiness Skills

Client/Trainee Management & Development

• Formulate and implement Individual Learning Programme (ILP) through professional assessment
• Engage in continuous assessment, training and evaluation of trainees’ holistic development
• Plan and Implement appropriate group activities
• Plan, implement and monitor trainees’ security and safety procedures

Support Allied Health Professionals

• Monitor and implement programmes designed by Allied Health Professionals in the area of health fitness & wellness programme, motivational & behaviour management plans as well as sensory awareness
• Communicate critical information to Social Worker and Centre Manager

Administrative & Operations

• Support unit operational and logistics management
• Ensure centre/trainees safety and security
• Update of clients’/trainee’s daily attendance and participation in activities, events and programmes in various client management system platforms
• Engage in caregiver dialogue sessions, home visits and maintain good rapport and communication with parents / caregivers
• Attend staff meeting and training as required

Event Management

Staff will be assigned to oversee at least one of the following duties and will provide assistance to the other staff when required:

• Camp, Festive Celebrations, Sports Events, First Aid & Medicare, Evacuation & Emergency Planning Team, Transport Duties, Staff Welfare and others
• Organise internal/external events and activities for trainees
• Support volunteer engagement events
• Support public education activities
• Support events at organisation level

Period:

• 3 months contract

Location:

• Clementi or Yishun

Working Hours:

• 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday

Salary:

• $115/day

Job Requirements:

• Minimum O levels / NITEC Certificate in Community Care & Social Services (ITE) / Certificate of Special Needs Education (MOE)
• Diploma of Special Education (MOE)
• Diploma in Disability Studies (SSI)
• Diploma of Community Services (SSI)
• Computer literacy skills MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• People-oriented team player
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Passion and great deal of patience to work with people with intellectual disabilities
