Job Description

• Handle onboarding, offboarding and discipline matters
• Manage all staff leave related processes
• Contract Renewal, Emplacement & Promotions
• Handle Grants & Claims
• Contribute ideas and suggestions for continuous improvement in HR through streamlining of work processes and practices.
• Manage employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters
• May need to manage full suite of staff recruitment process which includes but not limited to sourcing, screening and coordinating interviews.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resource with minimally two years of relevant experience
• Comfortable to travel as you may need to travel on site (islandwide) when needed

• Working hrs: Monday to Friday: 9.00AM to 6.00PM

Use effective customer care skills to ensure the well-being of customers at all times.  Ensure and maintain good customer relations.  Ensure high levels of safety and hygiene are maintained throughout the Coffee shop.  Be firm, but fair to ensure discipline is maintained by children whilst in the Coffee shop.  Report any issues that could affect the smooth running of the Coffee shop to the line manager. Food and Beverage Preparation  Prepare food and beverages in line with Food Hygiene; Health and Safety Standards.  Food and Beverage preparation to be high quality so as to meet customer requirements.  Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks to specified recipe standards.  Prepare and serve pastries, sandwiches and other snack foods as requested to recipe standards.  All equipment should be cleaned in preparation for next use.
