Responsibilities:
- Responsible for payroll administration covering the full spectrum of payroll for staff
- Manage all statutory submissions, payments and processing of government claims e.g. annual tax filings, IR21, IR8A, NS Reservist claims, CDCA claims etc
- Administer and process workmen compensation claims with insurance broker
- Administer E-leave and E-attendance system
- Provide payroll related information for internal and external audits
- Administer the benefits and compensation scheme which include various incentive schemes, annual increment exercise, progressive bonus and staff welfare
- Prepare costing and salary vs sales report
- Ensure compliance to statutory requirements, government legislation and group policies and standards
- Manage end-to-end employee experience from Onboarding of new hires to Offboarding and exit interviews
- Administer work pass application, renewal, cancellation, exemption and etc.
- Plan and organize employee engagement activities like team bonding, educational and well-being talks, etc. to build a positive and growth-oriented company culture.
- Assist in day-to-day employee related issues
- Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by superior
Requirements:
- Minimum a GCE O level
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR role
- Good knowledge in MOM legislation
- Experience in TimesPay software, E-leave and E-attendance System will be an added advantage
- Able to meet tight deadline especially during payroll processing period
- Able to work independently and as a team
