Summarized Purpose:

Provides technical and medical information, and/or performs intake of adverse events/ product complaints with quality customer service. Analyzes and researches inquiries and documents interactions according to organizational, client and regulatory guidelines. The information provided will be given to a level in parallel with the individual’s expertise, experience and training.

Essential Functions:

• Responds accurately and professionally to technical and medical information inquiries received via phone, email, internet or mail in reference to pharmaceutical or device products. Processes fulfillments and provides clinical trial information or after-hours on call support.
• Analyzes caller’s questions to formulate an accurate and concise response using client-approved resources and records inquiries and interactions in the appropriate databases following organizational, client and regulatory guidelines.
• Identifies, records and triages adverse events and product complaints according to organizational, client and regulatory guidelines and provides additional support (including follow up) as needed.
• Maintains thorough knowledge of project and corporate policies and procedures including client products, SOP's, protocols, GCP's, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Works closely with internal and external client contacts (up to and including members of client management) to resolve complex inquiries. As needed, researches medical literature and drafts responses for such inquiries.

• Develop and implement cross-selling strategies for appropriate products
• Assist customers with returns and exchanges

Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Hunt for new clearing and forwarding related business focusing on import and export business locally
• Build new client base and retaill f grocery in arround Singapore
• Develop sales strategy in line with group commodity market segments
• Leverage from own network and further establish relationships with various partners not limited to associations, container carrier and network members globally
• Strong team player, able to work collaboratively with operational team members, whilst liaising and coordinating with vendors (ports operators, authorities, transporters etc.) and internal clients
• Monthly commercial activity reporting in the form of a sales of grocery, liquor, soft drinks and beverages
• Work with direct Manager on all sales, business development and budgeting requirements
• Capabilities reaching into the rest of APAC and globally is advantages
• Other duties as may be assigned from time to time

Key Requirements:

• A degree from a recognized University in the field of logistics and Business Management would be advantages
• Minimum 5 years proven sales experience and achievement in bringing in new sales
• Result oriented with strong ability to prioritize tasks in order to achieve sales target assigned
• Resourceful with excellent commercial and entrepreneurial flair are critical to the success of this role
• An accomplished self-starter who is able to hands-on/lead the whole cycle of commercial process from acquisition to fulfilment
• Ability to travel regularly locally and regionally when required

• Support IT Infrastructure and applications teams in Active Directory Domain Migration, including migration of profile, data and configuration
• Provisioning new Windows environment and associated software; ensure that all systems are patched, hardened and configured as per corporate policies and standards
• Monitor system performance and implement measures to optimise efficiency and reliability
• Convert physical workloads to virtual as part of systems consolidation
• Support users in migration/upgrade related issues. Respond to incoming technical support requests in a timely, courteous and professional manner
• Provide training and guidance to end-users on the effective use of IT systems
• Ensure IT operations performed as per service and operational level (SLA/OLA) and comply with internal standards, policies and compliance requirement.
• Document technical processes and procedures to maintain knowledge base

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree Holder in IT or equivalent
• Possess good technical knowledge and skills with more than 4 years of hands-on experience in the following:
• Windows Servers administration including Active Directory, Microsoft Office365, DNS/DHCP, File/Print
• VMware vSphere, vcenter
• User and application support
• Good to have knowledge in VMware vcenter convertor
• Commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends
• Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and virtualization platforms
• MCSA/MCSE/ VCP certification preferred

• Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, resources, budget and timing for new initiative
• Manage the oversight on program execution and quality of deliverables and formulate quality improvement plan to address gap identified
• Manage ticket and service delivery performance to continually improve the end user experience and customer satisfaction
• Champion high levels of IT service and support performance management by developing a strong understanding of how projects may impact service areas, and planning measures to minimize such impact
• Manage compliance with contractual terms and conditions
• Uphold the quality of IT service and performance and suggest improvement wherever required.
• To lead/ support the evaluation of the potential operational impact resulting from any regulatory changes or legislations which affects business compliance arrangements, procedures, processes, and awareness
• Review existing policies and controls, and suggest improvements to enhance internal frameworks and processes
• Provide full support on internal/external audit and compliance related activities

Requirements :

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other relevant fields
• At least 3 years of experience in service performance management or compliance officer role
• Experience in contract and vendor management
• Good knowledge of legal requirements and procedures
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task
• Analytical and strong resource management
• Excellent in reporting skills
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders at various levels in the organization
