• Perform maintenance works onboard vessels in shipyard occasionally
• Perform maintenance works at workshop
• Perform defect troubleshoot onboard vessels’ systems
• Perform installation/removal work for equipment/systems
• Perform refurbishment of electronics unit/assemblies
• Being physically fit and ready to work outdoors and sail occasionally for a period of 1 week
• Being flexible to work onboard while sailing or overseas if needed.

Academic Qualification:

• NITEC or Diploma in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering
• RSN maintenance training certifications would be considered

Experience: (would be advantageous)

• Working knowledge and experience working onboard commercial and military vessels on underwater, mechanical / electronics / electrical systems
• Working knowledge and experience on computer software (words, excel)
• Understanding maintenance regime and basic experience in troubleshooting systems till card level.
• Training would be provided if necessary.

Personality:

• Good interpersonal skill
• Good teamwork and discipline
• Singaporean only due to security restrictions

Job Description / Responsibilities

· To assist the managers and team to ensure the team’s performance is in line with company’s requirements.

· Ensure all admin records are accurate and up to date.

· To work with the team to ensure process workflows are kept relevant and enforced. To review the work processes when required.

· To prepare and attend meetings with Team mainly on jobs status review.

· Tracking and updating of records and preparation of monthly reports and KPI.

· Liaising with internal and external customers to resolve business transaction matters if required.

· Perform data entry into SAP systems.

· Perform general admin tasks.

· Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements and Skills

· ‘O’, ‘A’ Levels or Diploma (Any discipline).

· Attention to details, strong communication skill, service minded and can carry out job independently.

· Able to use Microsoft Words, Excel and PowerPoint.

· Will be good with experience in SAP systems.

· Singaporean and security cleared.
