About the role

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and driven HR Intern to join our team for a 6-month internship. This role will support the HR Manager across various HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding to document management and event planning. You will play a key role in keeping our processes organised and ensuring our values are embedded in every aspect of our work

Mission: To provide reliable and proactive support to the HR team, managing administrative and recruitment tasks while championing our company culture

Outcomes:

1. Efficient Recruitment Support - Assist in posting job advertisements across relevant job boards within 24 hours of receiving the request, contributing to a streamlined end-to-end recruitment process. Complete all candidate coordination tasks within the stipulated timeline, with feedback from hiring managers indicating 90% satisfaction in support responsiveness.
2. Campus Recruitment Coordination - Support campus recruitment by assisting the HR Manager in building and maintaining relationships with at least three educational institutions, and prepare for two career fairs within the year. To do this, you will have:

• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
