We now seek an experienced HR Officer to be based in our Singapore office to inspire others.
The HR Officer with HRIS and Payroll Experience will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including HRIS management, payroll processing, employee records management, and compliance with company policies and regulations. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a solid understanding of HR processes, and technical proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems.
You are responsible for managing the organization's Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of HR data. This role involves supporting HR operations, managing employee data, generating reports, and providing technical support for HRIS-related issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR processes and technology, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- HRIS Management: Maintain and update the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency.
- Labour Law Compliance: Ensure all HR practices comply with Singapore labour laws and regulations.
- Payroll Processing: Manage and process payroll, including calculations, deductions, and timely disbursement of salaries.
- Employee Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment history, and benefits.
- Operations: Perform day to day HR operations matters – new employee onboarding, claims, insurance, payroll related matters, HR policy and handbook updates
- Onboarding and Offboarding: Assist with the onboarding process for new employees and the offboarding process for departing employees.
- Employee Relations: Provide support to employees regarding HR-related inquiries and issues.
- Reporting and Analytics: Generate HR reports and analyze data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Training and Development: Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development programs.
- HR Projects: Participate in and support various HR projects and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience, with a focus on Singapore labour law, HRIS, and payroll.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, Oracle) and payroll software.
- Compliance Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Singapore labour laws and regulations.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and build strong working relationships.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
