• Clear soiled linen and surgical wastes to the disposal room after the next case had started or when necessary time allows;
• Maintain proper housekeeping of OT suite which include operating room, prep-room, scrub room, Anaes room and sluice room daily;
• Do terminal cleaning at the end of the list or after infected cases as stated in the protocol;
• To stay in the operating room to assist the surgical team when needed, eg. Change the suction liner, additional adhoc equipment needed etc;
• Maintain proper housekeeping of pantry;
• Perform routine cleaning of OT equipment e.g. tourniquet, light source etc weekly;
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Possess WSQ Higher Certificate in Healthcare Support (Operating Theatre Support) or relevant working experience as an Operating Theatre Technician;
• Be initiative and possess “keen-to-learn” attitude;
• Have good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsiblities:

• Part of a team which provides helpdesk and on-site technical support to customers.
