What You’ll Do

• HR Leadership: Manage recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Administrative Oversight: Oversee daily operations, ensure smooth processes, and maintain accurate records.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with staff to foster a positive, animal-loving workplace culture.
• Pet-Centric Focus: Manage tasks that involve being around dogs of all breeds and sizes.
• Flexibility: Be available for late hours or overnight shifts when required to support business operations.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: At least 1-3 years of HR and administrative experience.
• Dog Lover: Comfortable working around and with dogs; prior experience in pet care is a plus!
• Strong Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams, multitask, and meet deadlines.
• Adaptability: Willingness to work flexible hours based on operational needs.
• Excellent Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to engage with team members and clients.
