• Support and maintain company servers, workstations and related IT equipment. Including support and configuration of software and provision of assistance to corporate clients
• Attend to service calls on the go.
• Liaise with service coordinator on service call schedules
• Check network equipment runing good condition with secure amber light
• Ensure meeting all service calls punctually and complete serivce within allocated time.
• Setup and Deploy New pc
• Support cisco and polycom Video Conference

Requirements

• Min 3 year relevant working experience
• Willing to travel islandwide to support customers on ICT matters (avg 8-10 locations per day)
• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve laptop problems
• Be conversant in English and possesses good working attitude and disposition
• Able to work independently & effectively with team
• Able to think creatively and work under pressure
• Strong time management
• Physically fit to carry computer spare parts
• Willing to perform rotating shifts (when required)

• Stay updated on labor laws and employment regulations to ensure the organization’s HR practices remain compliant.
• Assist in investigations and audits related to HR matters.
• Provide HR leadership for entities within a listed company, ensuring alignment with corporate governance, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Administer and manage employee share schemes, including onboarding participants, handling queries, and ensuring compliance with legal and tax regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in HR roles, with a minimum of 5 years in a Senior HR position.
• Experience managing HR operations for entities of a listed company, with a strong understanding of corporate governance and compliance.
• Hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and managing employee share schemes or similar incentive programs.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Detail-oriented and results-driven.
• Interest in video gaming is a plus.
