Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment Support: Assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for potential candidates
• Onboarding: Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, including preparing contracts and orientation schedules
• HR Documentation: Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR-related documentation in compliance with regulations
• Employee Engagement: Help organize team-building activities, wellness programs, and recognition initiatives
• Policy Administration: Support the implementation of HR policies and ensure adherence across the organization
• Learning & Development: Assist in scheduling training sessions and maintaining a database of employee development plans
• HR Systems Management: Input and update employee data in HR management systems to ensure accuracy
• Payroll Assistance: Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing
• Conflict Resolution Support: Provide first-level support for employee inquiries and escalate issues when necessary
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to enhancing HR processes and sharing fresh ideas for organizational growth
