· Develop candidate sourcing strategies based on client needs and identify candidates using a range of different channels
· Conduct candidates interviews, present shortlisted candidate profile summaries
· Arrange client-candidate meetings, follow up with negotiations and conduct reference checks
· Advise candidates on career development and opportunities
· Business development for new clients, communicate with clients to understand their hiring requirements
Requirements:
· Preferably possess Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI), or willing to take CEI test
· Previous experience in recruitment, sales, HR, business development or related industry
