• The HR Analyst Intern will support in data cleaning on HRIS system
• Analyse HR data and build dashboards to facilitate management reporting
• Test and recommend possible metrics to measure operational performance and efficiency for various departments.
• Analysing data and statistics for trends with regard to HR practices, Employees Engagement, Compensation and Benefits, Employees Turnover and Productivity.
• Build reports and models based on data gathered
• Present analysis and findings to HR Director
• Any other ad-hoc project that is assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree or undergrad equivalent.
• Working experience with data mining and analytics.
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, PowerBI visualization and the ability to create charts, spreadsheets, and presentations.
• Good Communication skills (English and Chinese).
• Good communication skills and systematic thinking.
• Able to commit for 6 months internship.
