Requirements:

• Proficient with Singapore's statutory laws (e.g., Employment act, CPF act)
• Meticulous, organised, process-driven, detailed-oriented and operationally hands-on.
• Proficient in Info-tech systems and HR related portals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while seeking new business opportunities.
• Prepare and follow up on sales quotations to customers.
• Identify and manage sales pipelines, building robust business relationships with channel partners.
• Collaborate closely with internal sales support and technical teams.

Responsible for supporting and assisting the Assistant Vice President, Finance in overseeing the financial management reporting of the SEA & I group companies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and consolidate Group and Company post-closing analysis monthly, quarterly, and yearly management reporting and presentation materials

• Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting historical and current financial data of Company and Group performance with detailed financial status reports

• Assisting the Assistant Vice President with the following:

 Collate Group companies' monthly reporting package for monthly management P&L review.

 Quarterly forecasting process for group companies

 Prepare annual budget preparation for group companies

 Working capital management for group companies

• Assist, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor business performance

• Collaborate with group companies to ensure accurate reporting

• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and maintaining the integrity of financial data

• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Assistant Vice President, Finance

General Requirements

• Degree in Accounting & Finance

• At least 3-4 years in financial accounting with experience in financial analysis

• Experience with region handling.

• Good working knowledge of IFRS, Consolidation, Taxation

• Good SAP knowledge

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and financial software

• Good interpersonal skills with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

• Good communication skills, both written and spoken

• Ability to interact with region teams and cross-functional teams

• Ability to work independently and inter-dependently

• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
