Primary Responsibilities
1. HR Operations
• Handle day-to-day HR operations, including employee queries, payroll, and benefits administration. Managing SPass holders and have all the knowledge around it, regarding renewal process etc.
• Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation, such as contracts, appraisals, and leave records.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore’s employment laws and company policies.
• Administer CPF contributions, insurance enrollments, and statutory requirements.
• Training and Development – Coordination work for scheduled trainings and making sure the candidates are enrolled and attend those trainings as necessary.
2. Employee Relations
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee grievances and conflicts.
• Promote team cohesion through open communication and regular feedback sessions.
• Organize team-building activities and initiatives to enhance morale and collaboration.
3. Performance Management
• Work with department heads to align employee goals with company objectives.
• Recognize and reward high-performing employees to encourage retention.
4. Office Administration
• Oversee general office operations, including maintenance, procurement of supplies, and vendor management.
• Ensure smooth functioning of office equipment and IT infrastructure.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment for employees and visitors.
• Handle miscellaneous administrative tasks.
• Plan and organize company-wide events, including cohesion activities, celebrations, and staff retreats.
• Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and managing calendars for senior staff.
5. Compliance and Safety
• Ensure workplace safety standards are adhered to, especially for site-based employees.
• Collaborate with safety officers to implement and monitor safety programs.
• Manage workplace injury claims and coordinate follow-ups.
6. Onboarding & Exit Management
• Oversee onboarding & offboarding processes, including clearance, exit interviews, and final settlements.
• Address feedback from departing employees to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements during employee terminations.
Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in HR roles
• Familiarity with Singapore labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage HR and administrative functions simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage diverse teams and build a positive work culture.
• Proficiency in HR software, office management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle confidential matters with integrity and discretion.
