Job Scope:

Front Desk Duties

• Attend to front desk and telephone enquiries, including taking phone calls, recording messages and relaying messages to staff.
• Attend to students’ needs, such as minor injuries queries etc.
• Attend to parents and vendors, including replying to queries, acceptance of goods delivery, etc.
• Maintain the front office’s stationery supplies and equipment, and other inventories.

Administrative Support

• GCE O Level and above
• Assist in administrative duties in the school’s General Office such as data entry, typing of documents, photocopying of documents, filing of documents etc.

Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and liaise with various departments and customers to ensure smooth transaction in all import & export shipments and cross-trade operational matter
• Support Marketing and Sales Team in all marketing and customer support activities as needed
• Responsible for shipment booking, planning, coordinating, transportation, billing, job closing and verifying freight invoice etc.
• Customer service ad-hoc duties
• Provide rate quotes and lead commercial negotiations with customers
• Organise regular reviews with the accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and business expansion
• Establish and maintain good relationships with key accounts and critical personal at various client organizations

Requirements:

• Minimum 5-6 years of relevant shipping customer service experience
• Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Equipped with knowledge in basic international shipping rules,shipping terms and related customs requirements
• Self-motivated, interest in sales and new business development
