KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support HR Manager in the day-to-day HR Operations duties and administration of all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, benefits, compensation and HR-related projects as needed.

About the role

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and driven HR Intern to join our team for a 6-month internship. This role will support the HR Manager across various HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding to document management and event planning. You will play a key role in keeping our processes organised and ensuring our values are embedded in every aspect of our work

Outcomes:

1. Efficient Recruitment Support - Assist in posting job advertisements across relevant job boards within 24 hours of receiving the request, contributing to a streamlined end-to-end recruitment process. 2. Job Responsibilities

• HR Operations Support:Ensure the smooth running of HR operations in alignment with local labor laws, statutory regulations, and internal HR policies and procedures.
  Provide operational HR support for recruitment, new hire onboarding, offboarding, payroll, employee welfare benefits, and HR administrative tasks.

Job Summary
