Job Description
• Audit & Vetting performance monitoring and preparation for vetting in close liaison with in-house Marine, Operations & Technical Departments
• Arrange office interviews with all stakeholders for seagoing Officers
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of Crew Department personnel
• Prepare crewing budget and follow up crewing account matter
• Maintain, update, and disseminate company instruction to vessel, manning office and concerned parties
• Lead and oversee various activities for the welfare and morale programs for sea personnel and their families and union matters
Job Requirements
● Minimum 5 years of experience in maritime crewing operations
● Proven leadership and team management skills
● Strong knowledge of international maritime regulations and standards
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Proficiency in crewing management software (Danaos/ShipMate)
● Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Human Resources, or related field (preferred)
