Position Overview:
The Station Manager/Branch Manager serves as the official representative of Regional Airline.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Operational Oversight:
   • Manage and monitor the achievement of On-Time Performance (OTP) at the station.
   • Ensure station operational plans are in place and manage the opening of new stations.
   • Supervise station support functions, including HR Operations, DCS, station equipment, infrastructure, materials, and COA compliance.
2. Safety and Security:
   • Conduct regular safety, security, and service meetings with local entities and submit reports to the Head of Station Production & Performance.
   • Implement and monitor a Local Emergency Response Plan (LERP) and delay management in line with ISO 9001:2015 and government regulations.
   • Provide risk mitigation strategies for medium-level safety/security concerns.
3. Ground Handling Coordination:
   • Supervise and monitor Ground Handling Agent (GHA) performance and ensure alignment with SLAs and SGHAs.
   • Validate and monitor COA holders' certifications and register new GHA personnel as required.
   • Ensure new procedures, notices, and manuals are communicated to GHAs.
4. Cargo Operations:
   • Oversee and evaluate cargo handling activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and no delays.
   • Coordinate with internal divisions for handling special cargo and liaise with regulators for adherence to standards.
5. Refueling and Maintenance:
   • Supervise refueling activities, ensuring accuracy in fuel orders and proper documentation by ground engineers.
   • Coordinate with stakeholders for maintenance and availability of Ground Support Equipment (GSE).
6. Cost Management:
   • Ensure cost efficiency and effective budget management for station operations.
   • Monitor and control financial activities, including ticket sales and other station-level revenues.
7. Auditing and Reporting:
   • Serve as an auditee/Management Representative (MR) during audits and implement corrective actions.
   • Prepare and submit performance, SLA, and financial reports to the direct supervisor.
8. Training and Development:
   • Coordinate training for station personnel, including COA training in collaboration with the Ground Operations Training Unit.
   • Maintain and monitor training records for GHAs.

Authority:

1. Decision-making on operational safety and security issues affecting ground handling at the station.
2. Coordination with internal divisions and external stakeholders to resolve station-level challenges.
3. Submission and management of station budgets, equipment needs, and training plans.
4. Supervision of SGHA/SLA implementations and recommendations for new partnerships.
5. Management of delay codes and reporting irregularities (IReg) for corrective action.
6. Authorization of updates to IT systems and operational tools to improve efficiency.
7. Liaison with regulators and authorities for cargo handling and other compliance matters.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Purpose of the job:

(1) Contribute and drive global, regional and local Human Resource (HR) initiatives as well as processes for the Businesses. HR initiatives include but not limited to attraction, selection, engagement and development of talents, in alignment with MUFG direction/strategy.

(2) Responsible for providing sound HR advice to the Businesses to support decision making on complex HR matters, strategies and initiatives which includes recruitment, termination of employment (i.e. cessation/ off-boarding), organizational change, performance management and rewards, staff engagement, talent management and succession planning

Strategic

• Support the development of HR strategy for the Businesses to drive business objectives

Customer

• Develop and maintain strong stakeholder management with key stakeholders both within MUFG and externally.
• Work in partnership with HR colleagues to support the implementation of global and regional HR projects/initiatives.
• Work in partnership with the Businesses to support the adoption and implementation of global and regional HR policies and processes to drive market relevant, cost effective and compliant practices.
• Work in partnership with various HR service vendors to seek HR advice and services.
• Work in partnership with hiring managers to manage the recruitment for senior/critical roles, including talent sourcing (such as mobility) leading to the right approach to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with all Centres of Excellence (COEs) to deliver HR initiatives and processes.

People

• Responsible for managing (objective setting & performance management) and developing (coaching, career progression & learning interventions) junior staff or direct reports.
• Act as an Ambassador for all company policies / guidelines.
• Support, coach and guide direct reports on complex HR issues.

Other/ Control

• Drive and deliver key HR processes including but not limited to salary benchmarking, compensation review, performance management, talent mapping, succession planning, talent management and engagement survey.
• Manage the implementation of complex organizational change initiatives including but not limited to restructures, HR system upgrades and MUFG cultural initiatives.
• Provide guidance to the Businesses on complex employee related matters, in the areas of performance, conduct, grievance and disciplinary.
• Lead and/or support the delivery of various HR initiatives for the Businesses to be implemented on time and on budget.
• Review and approve salary proposals prepared by RPO for D and below hires. Prepare complex market relevant salary proposals for senior hires.
• Participate in relevant committees within the Businesses or the Branch.
• Support the managing of the HR risk profile for the Businesses by providing sound policy advice to support decision making.
• Provide complex HR policy interpretation and guidance on relevant HR policies.
• Manage the development and updating of policies to ensure alignment with all relevant regulations.
• Partner with Mobility COE on international assignments of identified internal assignees/talents, and provide relevant advice to businesses.
• Review reports on operational performance and recommendations for supporting the Businesses.
• Maintain strong working knowledge of industry trends, products, relevant laws and regulations.
• Conduct exit interviews (for D/VP)
• Act as a subject matter expert to Businesses on HR related topics, in partnership with COEs.
• Adhere to all company policies as well as guidelines.

Job Requirements:

• Degree qualified
• Minimum 7 years of experience as Human Resource Business Partner in Banking and Finance Industry
• Regional Human Resource Business Partner experience is a plus
• Experience in handling HR disciplines such as Talent Acquisition, Employment Relations, HR Generalist, Performance Management, Rewards, Talent Management, Mobility and Talent Development & Learning.
• Strong stakeholder management skills to collaborate with other departments.
• Strong communication skills with ability to influence others and offer HR solutions.

This is a role requires a driven and detailed individual, with expertise in finance, accounting, reporting and experience with managing statutory requirements as such year-end audit, GST submission and year-end tax filing. This is a hands-on role as you will be required to take on detailed budget submissions, preparing financial reports etc.

Responsibilities:

1. Actively lead the accounting function, ensuring timely period end close, preparation and submission of reports, review of balance sheet schedules and reconciliations. Ensure all month end journals are recorded, and management reports prepared and submitted on time.

2. Review all intercompany reconciliations, oversee the management and resolution of discrepancies.

3. Oversee the Accounts Payable function, cashflow projections and payment runs.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy/ACCA with at least 5 years in a related role. Good knowledge of GST, withholding tax and corporate tax.

Job description:

· Responsible for organizing, supervising, and directing project construction activities to successfully meet project specifications and schedules as Contractor’s principal representative to Owner at the jobsite.
