We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Relationship Management & Business Development to join our Treasury Services team. This role is located in Singapore – Hybrid.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Responsible for relationship coverage and business development by marketing the firm’s treasury services (transaction banking services) to key Financial Institutions, including Banks and Non-Bank Financial Institutions (NBFIs) in South and Southeast Asia region.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for acquiring, managing and growing the portfolio of key client relationships (covering both existing and new, target clients).

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Strong core competency, experience and knowledge in Transaction Banking products and services, especially correspondent banking/clearing services, FX payments, Trade Finance, Cash Management and Liquidity management solutions.
• Proven relationship management experience and a well-established network of Financial Institutions and NBFIs; or has worked in a similar role within the Financial Services/ Banking Industry.
• To contribute to the bank’s APAC strategy and business development by bringing local market intelligence, knowledge, insights and experience.
• Experienced in negotiating agreements for inter-bank transactions, for example, nostro account agreement, Master Risk Participation Agreement, Trade Loan Agreement etc.

What would an Account Manager (Freelance On-site) do at Hogarth?

As an Account Manager (Freelance On-site), you'd be responsible for project managing localisation work for our client's Marketing Communication materials across different platforms. Working closely with our client's Marcom Project Managers and a network of creative talents from various markets across South East Asia (SEA), you'd also engage with other cross-functional teams of producers and project managers to ensure work is delivered on time, on quality and within budget. You'd constantly need to communicate and negotiate priorities and deadlines with internal and external teams to ensure expectations are well managed. Validator Network Management

Requirements

• Experience managing multi-market projects
• Experience working on global brands, ideally across all media, including print, interactive and film

Rostering of employees

Ensure inventory is sufficient for the operation of the outlet, and order when stocks are low

Ensure outlet is well kept and regularly cleaned and free from pests

Willing and able to fill in roles where employees are absent on medical or leave or short handed

(eg Mop clean floors / Wash dishes / Collect dishes and clear/clean tables / cashiering)

Willing to work split shifts (eg 10am to 2pm and 6pm to 10pm)

Key responsibilities:
1. Drive migration project end to end including datacentre setup and application migration tracking
2. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle
