Job Duties:
· Handle the generation and management of invoices, accounts, corporate filings and
reporting for CPF, GST, IRAS, ACRA, MOM.
· Assist management with written and verbal communication in English and
Mandarin.
· Process orders and generate invoices
· Conduct monthly stock counts
· Perform scanning and filing tasks
· Assist with monthly journal entries and related financial tasks.
· Perform general administrative tasks and provide support for ad hoc assignments as required.
Working Hours: 9.00am to 6.30pm
Working days: 5 days work week
Working location: Mountbatten
Requirement:
- Possess a minimum of NiTEC or certificate in Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent
- Preferably with at least 2 years experience in related field
