Requirements:

• Willingness to travel within Asia, especially India and China.
• Strong understanding of product development processes, agile methodologies, and user-centred
  design principles.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establish / optimize infrastructure design and enhance existing processes to meet business goals

Job Responsibilities:

· Draft letters and submissions for straight-forward cases

· Draft court orders and manage the disposal of case exhibits

· Arrange for schedule appointments with persons-of-interest and follow up with them on assigned tasks

· Manage service queries from persons-of-interest including victims, witnesses, complainants and claimants, etc.

· Review IPs against a standard set of checklists

· Update databases on case management, statistics collation, etc

· Any other administrative tasks as assigned.
