Job Responsibilities:

1. Localization Management: Oversee the localization of game content, including but not limited to text translation, proofreading, in-game QA, voice-over, and localization requirements for art, features, events, and assets.
2. Localization Asset Management: Maintain translation memory and terminology databases, develop localization style guides, SOPs, and internationalization standards. Adapt to agile development workflows to ensure smooth localization throughout version iterations and operations, delivering high-quality results.
3. Language Support: Support R&D and operations teams in various multilingual tasks, including game research, ASO, ad copywriting, and the optimization of marketing materials.
4. Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships systematically, select, maintain, and develop localization vendors as needed. Facilitate business communications and partnerships with localization vendors to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above. Fluent in both Chinese and English, with the ability to use both languages in a professional setting.
2. Passionate about games with a solid understanding of the overseas gaming industry and localization processes.
3. At least 3 years of experience in game localization or localization project management. Proficiency in CAT tools.
4. Strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to multitask.
5. Possesses a strong work ethic, detail-oriented with a strong desire for continuous learning, always seeking out opportunities for growth.
6. Experience with machine translation projects and a basic understanding of localization engineering.

Requirements:

- Project Management Certification, Lean /Six Sigma (e.g. PMP, Prince2, Agile or equivaent) is preferred

· Experienced of having direct responsibility for project with budget size of $10 to $20 million.

· 8+ years of experience in retail banking , and exposure to banking, product, operations, and process.

· Excellent client-facing. Executive level communication skills with excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

· Experience in full end-to-end project management in a lead role and/ or Background in Business analysis or experience in an agile Agile/Scrum environment and framework, e.g. sprint planning, sprint review, backlog grooming, etc.

· Proficient in excel and project management tools (e..g JIRA. Confluence, Excel advance skills). Technical domain expertise is an advantage, but at minimum is tech-savvy.

· Understanding of technology and operational processes across functions in the bank.

· Leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate and inspire cross -functional team to achieve project objectives.

· Ability to managing multiple priorities simultaneously and perform well under pressure and tight timeline

· Exceptional organizational and coordination abilities. with a keen eye for detail and a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget

Technical Skills:

· Experience: Min 5 to 8 years in project and program management experience with a focus on digital initiatives. Proven experience in managing high-value and complex portfolio.

· Communication: Strong Pitching, presentation, and written communication skills to effectively engage stakeholders and covey project updates and insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders, including executives, project managers, and cross-functional teams.

· Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing risk, troubleshoots issues, and make data driven decisions related to resource allocation, project timelines, and financial metrics to keep portfolio on healthy track.

· Budget Management: Demonstrated success in managing project budgets delivery cost effective solutions and optimizing resources

· Process Improvement: Experience in implementing process improvement that enhance project efficiency and quality.

· Leadership:Effective leadership and collaboration skills to drive cross funtional team toward common goals and maintain effective communication channels.

· Strategic Thinking: Ability to align program activities with overarching business objectives and strategic priorities.

• To be responsible and accountable for the day-to-day supervision of all assignments.
• To conduct announced and unannounced visits to all assignments at least once a week
• To monitor and ensure all security personnel are carrying out their duties at a high quality level and are reaching the client’s and the Company’s expectations.
• To motivate all security personnel so as to achieve and fulfil the agreed service level of contractual requirements.
• To be responsible for the deployment of staff to all posts to ensure the site contracts are filled by accurate headcounts and by suitably qualified personnel within expectations.
• To be proactive to liaise with the site Supervisors (if any) for the deployment and settlement of the manpower problems within the assigned cluster.
• To liaise with clients regarding Site Operating Procedure. To ensure all staff is knowledgeable and well trained to perform all duties in accordance with the customer’s / contract’s requirement as well as the Company’s expectation.
• To assist with the scheduling and arranging of training and refreshment excises to all staff in order to maintain legal requirements and quality of service level.
• To deal with internal and external client complaints, incidents and any irregularities. Submit relevant reports and corrective action plans
• To implement agreed formulated corrective action plans.
• Execute disciplinary action in order to ensure staff members do not violate the Company regulations and policies.
• To assist with staff evaluations and appraisals.
• To be proactive to arrange and participate regularly in ad-hoc meetings with clients in order to maintain a good business relationship with the clients. Submit relevant meeting minutes with proactive recommendation (if any) or improvement plan for approval or take appropriate actions.
• To be proactive to plan on the subject of the site manpower and discipline control.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree from a recognized institution.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
• Experience in Security Operations preferred
• Positive mindset and strong initiative in continuous improvement a must
• Good interpersonal skills with good verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work independently
• Class 3 Driving License
