Role:

Provide consultation and assistance for teachers in computer-related matters and problems.

To work together with the ICT Support Team for the following:

To setup and support Mac/iOS client/ Windows computers/ Chromebook devices in the school ensuring all computers/ devices and software are readily available to all users and classes/ training on a daily basis.

To assist in the maintenance and support of network infrastructure (wired and wireless) and network printers for PDLP and SSOE windows devices.

To setup and calibrate framework/format for publishing materials online.

To diagnose Chrome/ Windows/ Mac devices (including iPads) hardware failures including all peripherals and PDLP devices (iOS, ChromeOS, Windows based) depending on the PDLP devices the school chooses.

To manage user administration and technical support of the school portals such as (Apple Classrooms, Google Workspace, Student Learning Space (SLS) and etc.).

Any other areas of need arising from the school’s PDLP for Secondary 1 to 4 students.

5. Maintenance of School Website

Familiar with Isomer platform and any other CMS platforms. (e.g. Joomla, Word press, Swift, ISOMER)

Knowledge of Web programming in HTML, CSS, Java script, SQL

Add/edit/remove web content on the school’s website.

6. Video Filming and Editing

Proficient in videography and video editing techniques

Film/ video major school events

Knowledge of Adobe Premier Pro, iMovie, Final Cut Pro for video editing purposes.

Team Management

• Lead Wealth Management RMs in the growth, acquisition and retention of HNW clients
• Train and develop staff, monitor performance and appraise Wealth Management RMs against assigned targets
• Manage Wealth Management RMs to achieve stated sales levels by coaching and guiding them to achieve sales targets
• Jointly manage the manpower and P/L of branch service and sales operations with branch manager

Business Development

• Develop, strengthen and execute business models and strategies of Retail Banking Wealth in the Emerging Affluent, Affluent & HNW customer segments
• Participate in sales and marketing activities for affluent and high net worth clients from onshore market
• Enhance the bank’s profile in Wealth Management and grow the assigned portfolio in terms of AUM and customer base while ensuring strong customer engagement
• Assume full management responsibility of Wealth Management RMs sales productivity and ensure effective cross selling of the bank’s products and services   
• Oversee sales efforts including sales force coaching and participate in clients calls with RMs 
• Drive sales productivity (new & cross selling) of Wealth Management products

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the preparation and submission of MAS regulatory reports and group reports of multiple Operations units.
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of regulatory reports submitted to MAS as well as internal reports to Head Office.
• Investigate, remediate and review for potential data quality issues impacting regulatory reporting and participate in projects for report automation.
• Establish effective controls and support improvement initiatives in collaboration with other business/functions teams
• Keep abreast of regulatory changes and Group guidelines.
• Liaise with Compliance, IT, Finance and various stakeholders on regulatory reporting matters
• Ensure proper documentation and backup of reports.
